Author Name : Amandeep, Er. Anil Kumar

ABSTRACT

The current era is totally depended on the printing and packaging industries and the printing and packaging industries are demanding fast service production with high quality. The printing and packaging production quality is completely depended on the dot trapping of print. The dot trapping is the basic quality parameter which is use to provide information about the print defect and quality enhancement. The prints are always made up from the halftone dots and these halftone dots may changes through the print various factors like as fast production, color unbalanced, too much impression, high pressure and print dryness etc. The printed halftone variation may cause of dot trapping. The dot trapping is a special kind of printing defect in many cases but the dot mixture produce color balance and affect the print quality also. This research work is completely based on the study of Dot trapping and print quality parameter. This research is brief introduction about the digital liquid tonner inkjet prints and offset prints with respect to white coated MET PET boards.
