INTRODUCTION Cosmetics can be defined as products that are used to clean, beautify, promote attractiveness, or change the appearance [1]. The majority of the body, or the skin on the face, is an indicator of one's health[2,3].The herbal paste used as a facial therapy is known as "Mukha Lepa" in Ayurveda. This herbal paste can be used to the face to cure pigmentation, scars, markings, acne, and pimples[4].The smooth powder used for facial application is called a face pack. These preparations are applied to the face as pastes or liquids, then left to dry and solidify to form a film that tightens, fortifies, and cleanses the skin. To enable all the water to evaporate, they are often applied to the skin for fifteen to thirty minutes. This allows the resulting film to constrict, stiffen, and remove easily. In addition to removing oil and debris from the skin, the colloidal and adsorption clays utilized in these preparations provide a stimulating sensation of a renewed face through their warming and tightening impact.Skin debris and accumulated dirt are eliminated together with the applied face pack when it is eventually removed[5].The fairness and smoothness of skin are improved by herbal face packs. By applying herbal face packs in accordance with our skin type, we can maximize their benefits. These face masks are the greatest Ayurvedic remedy for increasing fairness and radiance. One of the most elegant and traditional ways to cleanse skin is using a face pack. In Ayurveda, face packs of many kinds with nourishing, healing, cleansing, astringent, and antiseptic qualities are described. For naturally achieving fair skin, herbal face packs are less expensive and cause no adverse effects[6].This study examines the preparation and assessment of a herbal face mask for radiant skin that can be made at home with natural ingredients like Multani mitti, turmeric, aloe vera, sandalwood, lemon peel, powdered rose petals, manjistha, lodhra, gram flour.
