A Review on Method for Fast-Dissolving Formulation of Simvastatin

ABSTRACT
Simvastatin is statin class of drug used as lipid lowering agents. There are various pharmaceutical dosage form for preparation of simvastatin which has limited impact on stability and effectiveness. The fast dissolving formation by various method has been describe in this review article of simvastatin shows the beneficial effect in case of stability and achieving pharmacological response by using solid dispersion method.
