IJARESM Publication is a self-supporting organization and does not receive any funds from any institution/government. Hence, the operation of the journal is solely financed by the processing fees received from authors. Being an Open Access Journal, IJARESM Publication does not receive payment for subscription as the journals are freely accessible over the internet. It costs no money to produce a peer-reviewed, edited, and formatted article that is ready for online publication, and to host it on a server that is freely accessible without barriers around the clock.

Waiver Policy
IJARESM supports global access to knowledge and strives to promote inclusive research opportunities. While we maintain a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover peer review, editorial handling, and digital archiving, we understand that not all authors may be able to pay the full fee.
Waiver Available For:
Research scholars with extraordinary research (up to 25% discount)
Authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries (as per World Bank classification)
Special issues or invited articles (up to 50% discount on a case-by-case basis)
How to Apply:
Authors requesting a waiver must:
Mention their request in the cover letter or submission email.
Provide supporting documentation (e.g., student ID or experimental proof).
Submit the request before payment, at the time of manuscript submission.
All waiver decisions are at the discretion of the Editorial Board, and their decision will be final.
