ABSTRACT Verbal communication is a part of human life where the individual uses words for communicating his/her feelings. Non-verbal communication is entirely different from the verbal communication. In non-verbal communication the individual uses body language for expressing feelings. Usually the effectiveness of communication is determined by the perfect and appropriate combination of both the verbal and non-verbal communication. This paper titled “Body Language: A key to Success” deals with the importance of body language in personal and professional life.
