Liposome is a microparticulate colloidal vesicle several liposome based drug formulation are approved for clinical use and many are under extensive investigatiom. liposomes are prepared by using various methods .There is a various method for liposome formulation depending upon lipid drug interaction liposome diposition Mechanism parameters particle size,charge and surfsce hydration. The different application of liposomes is use for treatment of infection, anticancer, vaccination for human ad gene delivery system
