A Comparative Study : General Attitude towards Artificial Intelligence and Human Creativity among (Generation Z Vs Generation Y)

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explore the generational (particularly generation Z and generation Y) attitude towards AI weather positive attitude and negative attitude towards AI contributes to the human creativity level. As AI has significantly impacted modern life, particularly among the youth, shaping their cognitive and creative processes. Creativity is crucial for innovation, personal development, and cultural evolution. To assess attitude towards AI the GAAIS (General Attitude Towards Artificial Intelligence Scale) has been used and for the creativity the Kaufman Domains of Creativity Scale (K-DOCS) is been used.This study consists of total 100 participants from different generations (Z and Y). Participants are randomly selected and appropriate statistics ( Pearson correlation and t-test) has been applied for the findings as per hypothesis of the study. The outcome of the study says that there is association of positive attitude towards AI to the human creativity in generation Z whereas negative attitude towards AI and human creativity is reversed and has been observed negative attitude towards AI may increase creativity of the individual from generation Z and if we comes towards generation Y it has been observed there is association on positive and negative attitude towards AI with creativity in a enhancement manner and there is minor differences in the positive and negative perspective of AI and creativity on generational basis
