A Comparative study of Blitheness and Emotional Creativity among Secondary School Teachers

ABSTRACT

Blitheness is known as the highest achievement of life or it is known as the ultimate goal of life. Meaning of blitheness is not only enjoyment of life but it also relates to the inner pleasant of emotion. The objective of this study to make a comparison of blitheness and emotional creativity among secondary school teachers on the basis of both locality and gender. It was found that 48.76% of teachers average level on both blitheness as well as Emotional Creativity , but 3.41percent teacher have high level of blitheness where as only 1.89 percent teachers have high level of emotional creativity. 22.39% teachers were found have low level of Blitheness. On the basis of gender there is no significant difference was found between male and female secondary school teacher but after the observation of mean investigator found that male have more blitheness in comparison to female secondary teachers, but female have more emotional creativeness than male secondary school teachers. On the other hand there was no significant difference between rural and urban secondary school teacher in their level of blitheness and emotional creativity, but interpreting mean scores it was found that find rural teachers have more blitheness than urban teachers and urban teachers have more emotional creativity than rural secondary school teachers. Thus it is concluded that locality and gender have no major effect on blitheness and emotional creativity.
