ABSTRACT

Honor killing methods the issue of killings of couples who wed inside a similar sub-standing or against the desires of their folks. Prompt consideration should be paid around there which is one of the disregarded territories. Law should be utilized as a weapon in achieving a social change. What is required is a firm choice by the legislature for a different law. There is a scarcity of research thinks about here. There has been no convention or custom of respect killings in India.. Killers have turned out to be strong. They are killing their very own relatives and friends and family visible to everyone, with no regrets and knowing completely well that no law or legislator will set out to touch them.The systems administration of the police, legal executive, government, non-legislative associations, human rights activists, sociologists, social specialists, and therapists is to be done so as to moderate this social insidiousness. Honor killing can't be acknowledged for the sake of culture or convention. Honor killing is unreasonable and heartless activity. It is wrongdoing against humankind. The killer of that type merits serious discipline. Henceforth it is obviously that parcel of endeavors should be made so as to alleviate this issue in case the issue leaves control. Keeping this in foundation this paper is introduced. The survey is 1530 samples for a random sampling method.The main aim of the paper is to analyse the study based on honor killing with reference to AarushiTalwar case. The main objective of the paper is to brief about honor killing and the murder of the small 14 year old girl Aarushi with regard to the honor killing.
