A Note on Operations on Fuzzy Sets

ABSTRACT This article discusses about some of the most commonly used operations of fuzzy sets. The purpose of this article is to present the difference and analogues of operations of fuzzy sets with classical set. Recalling some important theorem on union and intersection of fuzzy sets, and also on combination of fuzzy sets. On the basis of the definitions, few theorems were discussed. Some important results are explained with the help of few examples. New definitions on some operation, proposed by some researchers were discussed. Further, throughout the article different operations on fuzzy sets with special aspects has been discussed.
