ABSTRACT

Asthma is a disorder caused by inflammation of the airways, airway hypersensitivity tovarious types of motivation, and air restraint. It isslightly reversible, either automatically or medically.Flight routeObstruction may be due to smooth muscles in the wallsof the bronchi and small bronchioles, enema of mucosaof airways, increased secretion of mucus, and / ordamage to airway epithelium. Now the most popularproducts of the day market are available to treat asthmaand a major step in treating the disease the patientshould prevent antigen exposure, to reduce inflammationand dysfunction, should the use of certain medications todilate the narrowed bronchi.In addition to avoidance measures and pharmacotherapy, essential components of asthma management include: regular monitoring of asthma control .This review article has been commented on pathophysiological approaches of asthma management in adults and children.
