A Review- “Synthesis and Biological Activities of 1,3,4- Oxadiazole”

ABSTRACT 1,3,4 oxadiazole is a promising compound for its various biological activities and their importance in the fields of medicine, pharmacology, and agriculture. In this review we focused on numerous synthetic routes which demonstrate how adaptable and flexible the methods are for effectively producing the azole molecules. The review also explores various biological activity of compounds containing 1,3,4-oxadiazole, highlighting its antitubercular, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and other pharmacological effects. In general, researchers and academics interested in the biological potential and synthesis of 1,3,4-oxadiazole molecules.
