A Situational Analysis of Public Health in Maharashtra

ABSTRACT This paper presents a situational analysis of the public health sector in the state of Maharashtra, India. Public health is a serious part of any civilization, directly affecting the welfare and quality of life of its people. Maharashtra, being one of the records crowded and economically important states in India, faces exclusive challenges and opportunities in the arena of public health. The objective of this research paper is to study the public health infrastructure in Maharashtra. The research attractions upon an extensive range of sources, including government reports, academic publications and statistical data.
