A Study of Employees Attrition: Its Causes and Effect in Maharashtra

ABSTRACT This research paper aimed to study and identify the causes of employee attrition and what are the different factors influencing the attrition , offering valuable insights to enhance talent retention strategies and create a sustainable work environment through the comprehensive study and data collection and data analysis the study examines the specific factors influencing attrition in Maharashtra. This research also studies the impact of organizational culture, work life balance, career growth, new opportunities, profits and improved employment ,and employees turnover. This study is limited to Maharashtra including all the sectors.
