A Study of Teacher Job Satisfaction in Vocational Education

ABSTRACT
Job satisfaction is reflected by the affective reaction of an individual on to his/her work-related factors. This study explores the relationship between individual characteristics, jobcharacteristics with job satisfaction of teachers in vocational schools. Questionnaire method was used. Sample size of 100 members was used. From the different vocational schools samples of Hyderabad are taken. Teachers are the pillars of our nation. Teachers play an important part in developing the knowledge and skills of youth. For data collection a questionnaire was developed as the main instrument of this study and distributed to all samples. All of items with the instruments were constructed relevant to research objectives, research questions, and literature review references.
