INTRODUCTION Welfare is a broad concept referring to state of living of an individual or a group in a desirable relationship with the total environment-ecological economic and social. Labour welfare may be viewed as total concept, social concept and relative concepts. It implies the setting up of minimum desirable standards and provisions of facilities.
