A Study on Customer Satisfaction towards Himalaya Herbal Skincare, Special Reference with Coimbatore City

ABSTRACT

Increasing customer recognition and preference for advanced skin care products that not only make them attractive but also improve their skin type and texture is driving up cosmetic product demand. The rising demand for herbal cosmetics among Indian consumers is providing manufacturers with a large growth opportunity. India has become one of the world's largest consumers of cosmetic products, attributed to the growing knowledge of body aesthetics, particularly among women. The Indian Cosmetics Market is divided into three categories: product type, distribution channel, and competition. The market is divided into body care, hair care, color cosmetics, men's grooming, fragrances, and others based on category. Face washes, fairness creams, moisturizers, sunscreens, and lotions are examples of skin care products. Consumers are affected by how they feel about a product, so advertisers must adopt strategies and techniques on a regular basis to gain more customers. This research focuses on customer satisfaction with Himalaya herbal skin care products in Coimbatore.
