ABSRACT
Talent management has become one of the important strategic topics for managers in global organization and businesses in general. Despite the important of talent management, researches in the area are still few, mainly conceptual research. The purpose of this article is to enhance the readers understand of the domain of talent management concept perspectives, performance and motivation in main practices. Additionally, it comes not only to survey the motives behind approving such concept in organizations and the impact on its employees but also to identity the most important strategies of talent management and how to deal with its considered as a competitive advantage for its direct impact on performance level as well as to identify the best ways to invest in talent management because of its effects on reducing the economic cost of organization by motivating those talents to implement organization overall strategies.
