A Study on Employee Engagement &Its; Impact on Employee Satisfaction At Titan Company Ltd, Hosur

ABSTRACT

This paper examined the training approaches with reference to Titan Company ltd (Tanishqjewellery division), Hosur. Organization has developed in the Indian environment along with global work values. HR practices includes training as a main aspects in organization for motivating the employees. This study examined the relationship in HR practices of Training like types of training, how it differs from Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development is the key point to help the organization in their growth.. , The data were collected from 50 employees using the quantitative approach based on the questionnaire data collection method. The result indicated that direct relationship on training with employee were positive and significant. Moreover, the study also found that training plays a major role in both growth of an employee and growth of an organization. Human resource management plays a special role with the growth in organization.
