A Study on Employee Welfare Measures in Lax Tex Private Limited, at Karur

ABSTRACT
Employee welfare measure is considered to be an integral part of one’s life; employee welfare can be is sometimes avoidable but sometimes it is unavoidable and one has to become aware of certain measures and ways about how to maintain employee welfare in the organization. This research is mainly conducted to study about the employee’s welfare management among the employee of (textile) private limited karur.
The primary objective of the study is to benefit the employees and the organization by identifying to the level of welfare they are facing during the work and to identify the factors which cause welfare among the employees of the organization. This study considers the area of workload, feelings at work, interpersonal relationship, working condition, monetary policies and welfare facilities. Major recommendation is that the employees would be more satisfied if they increase the salary and compensation benefits.
