A Study on Fundamental Duties Relates to Environmental Protection

ABSTRACT

"Conservation of climate and keeping the natural equilibrium unaffected is an errand which governments as well as residents should attempt. It is a social commitment and allows us to tell each resident that it is his principal obligation as revered in Article 51-A(g) of the Constitution." Territory of U.P The main aim of this research is to find the important duties to do to our environment for protecting it for our future generations."Industrialize or Perish" is a generally recognized motto which has become the seed for ecological pollution. Natural insurance is accordingly the need of great importance. The Indian constitution unequivocally underwrites natural insurance. The architects of the constitution through Fundamental Duties and Directive Principles of State Policy cozy the residents of India to make sure about and improve the climate.
