A Study on Healthcare services in the Tribal District of Odisha, with special reference to Koraput District

ABSTRACT

Healthcare policies are implemented by the government to provide a good quality of Healthcare services to the public. The public staying in the rural area, unable to get basic healthcare facilities provided by the government. The socioeconomic status of the population staying in this region is in terrible condition. The private healthcare facilities incurred huge expenses. The medical expenses hit directly to the patient pocket and affect the living status of the families .This paper emphasise on the A) Healthcare services provided in the tribal region of Odisha. B) The factor responsible for providing quality of Healthcare services to the tribal region of Odisha. The basic Healthcare services provided to the public and find out the problem affecting the quality of Healthcare services in the tribal region of Odisha.
