The process of identifying and evaluating a target firm completing a deal after its negotiation and announcement and then integrating a target firm after legal combination. Acquisition and mergers displays different starting points, assumptions. Merger motivation is largely inconclusive incomparable methodologies further exacerbate debates in the extant literature. Mergers and acquisitions become important in today's corporate world due to increase in competition and complexity. These looks at state owned enterprises from the angle of the market for corporate control and analyses.
