A Study on Role of Human Resource in it Sector

Human Resource Management is a relatively new approach to managing human beings in any organization. Human beings are considered as the key resource in thus approach. Since an organization is a body people, their acquisition, development skills, motivation for higher levels of attainments, as well as ensuring maintenance of their levelof commitment are all significant activities. All these activities fall in the domain of Human Resource Management. To make a human resource department more effective and efficient new technologies are now being introduced on a regular basis so make things much simpler and more modernized. One of the latest human resource technologies is the introduction of a Human Resources Management System this integrated system is designed to help provide information used in HR decision making such as administration, payroll, recruiting, training, and performance analysis. A questionnaire is prepared related to the role of HR’s in IT sector like Mindtree Ltd, Wipro Ltd, Infosys Ltd, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd and address to the employees in the IT sector to collect the primary data.
