ABSTRACT An organization consists of different background of employees, it is the main responsibility of the Human Resource department to recruit the right candidates for the right position. Hiring the right candidate for the right position is the major role of the Human Resource Team. The effectiveness of the recruitment of the talents reflects in the organization’s production management. Talent acquisition is concerned with both the time and cost management. The organization must involve in effective talent acquisition procedures in order to make the organization manpower to right fit for the right job. The ways that the effective acquisition proceeds by the hiring the right skilled, knowledge and experienced candidate. Making them to attend several tests and interviewing them in the appropriate manner makes them to suitable for the job position and hence the right candidate can be hired for the right role. So, in this study we will see the effectiveness of talent acquisition of BloomLife Healthcare. The researcher analyzed how well the hospital management hires the right candidate for the right job and how the candidates feel about the talent acquisition process.
