By surveying and interviewing current student teachers, the research investigates their views on the integration of theoretical and practical components, the effectiveness of pedagogical training, and the necessary of ITEP, overall preparedness the program provides for their future teaching careers. The study aims to reveal the factors influencing student teachers' attitudes, including satisfaction levels, perceived challenges, and the perceived benefits of the ITEP. The findings of the study, including the strong overall support (79%) for ITEP among B.Ed. student teachers, with a minority (21%) expressing opposition and offer valuable insights for educators, program developers, and policymakers to refine and enhance the ITEP.
