ABSTRACT
Smartphone addiction has reached incredible proportions, especially among young people, competition and the ability to overcome the protection of the internet as the most successful in today's culture. Evaluating problematic smartphone use by experts and identifying people who are influential in making medical policyare the main problems.Since there are many models and candidates that can be involved in this process, and many expert judgment sinvolved in the process, the assessment of mobile phone use can be designed as a multidimensional decision-making (MCDM) problem.Neutrosophic set is a new mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainties. It plays a dominant role in solving real life problems. In this article, the authors attempted to develop a mathematical model using neutrosophic sets to identify the alternative open to mobile addiction for students.
