An Analysis of Financial Literacy and Financial Behaviour Among Employees Reference to Sri Krishna Tech

ABSTRACT : Financial literacy and behaviour are crucial in navigating the complexities of personal finance. The main objective of the research is to examine whether the demographic factors of the employees of Sri Krishna Tech influence their financial literacy in various financial concepts and their financial behaviour. This research is based on primary data collected from the employees of Sri Krishna Tech. A schedule with structured questionnaire is used to collect data from the employees. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression were done using SPSS software. The results indicate that the most of the employees have average of literacy level in various financial concepts. The study concludes that the employees can take proactive steps to increase their financial literacy and adopting mindful financial behaviours helps to achieve greater financial stability and security.
