An Assessment on Need for Receptiveness towards Stress Management Among Self Financing College Teachers

ABSTRACT This paper examines the extent of stress management on the basis of various attributes in the self financing Arts and Science Colleges in the district of Kanyakumari. The results help the colleges to pay more concentration to some factors that reduce the stress of the teachers.The researchers conduct this survey in order to achieve the objectives with 280teachers. Stress is universal, sometimes inside the family, institution, workplace, society etc. Almost allpeopleare being stressed from the rising needs and wants. It is a known fact that stress comes to individuals from various aspects of life. The objective of present study is to identify the stress level in self financing Arts and Science College teachers and ways of coping stress among teachers.
