ABSTRACT
Today the concern for sustainability and environmental issues is encouraging and people are doing more effective and efficient usage of energy, water and material, to ensure the prevention of any kind of waste, by performing environmentally sensible and eco-friendly building design and become environmentally friendly in the process of construction. This requires complete cooperation of the design team, the architects, the engineers, and the client at all project stages. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) helps in reducing energy usage and waste, and it also prevents any problem that will occur in human health and environment. The aim of this study is to explore the involvement of green supply chain management practices in the healthcare industry of India.
