ABSTRACT Women have been an integral part of India's culture and society. Since ancient times, India is a land of goddesses. Women are not only worshipped, but also faced harassment, Sexual abuse, Crimes and other atrocities. Women's rights are the fundamental human rights enshrined by the United Nations to every human being on the planet. Women's rights are the rights and entitlements claimed for women's and girls worldwide.
