Lemon (citruslimon Brum.) belonging to the family Rutaceae. Itis a species of small evergreen trees in the flowering plant found in native to Asia,primarily Northeast, India Northern MyanmarorChina. Now grown to limited extent in most tropical and subtropical countries. Is one of the mostly produced and consume fruits in the world and having various nutritional value.Citrus limon seeds size varied according to variety but most of the seeds are hard, wrinkled, elliptical or oval in shape. Citrus Limon seed activity determine by its high content of oils and fatty acids mainly Palmitic acid, Oleic acid, Linolic acid, flavonoids, Carotenoids, Vitamin C. Scientifically the therapeutic activities of citrus limon seeds include Antibacterial activity, Antifungal activity, analgesic activity, antioxidant activity, Digestive detoxification.
