Analysis of Employee Job Satisfaction of Singareni Collieries Company Limited

ABSTRACT
Job satisfaction refers to one feeling towards job, if th employee’s expectations are fulfilled, they feel that they are satisfied. The present study is on employee’s perceptions towards job satisfaction in Singareni Collieries Company Limited. Primary data is collected through structured questionnaire from SCCL Employees. The data is collected during the year 2021and tools such as mean, standard deviation, ANOVA etc are applied.
