ABSTRACT

Industry 4.0 is a German strategic initiative to play significant role in industries. It is also said to be the fourth revolution. Industry 4.0 involves the current trend of automatic technologies in the manufacturing industry such as the Internet of Things (IOT), cyber physical systems (CPS) and cloud computing. An analysis has been carried out on different aspects of Industry 4.0 so as to fetch the benefits from this new paradigm in Indian production scenario.
