Analytical Method Development and Validation for Estimation of Deflazacort By Using RP-HPLC

ABSTRACT
The New Simple ,accurate ,precise ,rapid and economic selective reverse phase high performance
liquid chromatography method was developed and validated for estimation of Deflazacort in pharmaceutical dosage form of anti – inflammatory and immunomodulatory agent.The Method has been developed by isocratic ,reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography by using combination of mobile phase methanol and acetonitrile having combination in ratio of 90:10 (v/v).Method is being validated by using column Cosmosil C18 (4.6mm *250mm,Partical size :5 um) and detection .
