ABSTRACT
This experiment revealed that the effect of Allium sativum aqueous suspension treatment on male mice. Mice were fed Allium sativum aqueous suspension at the dose of 0.5ml/day (1000mg/kg/ BW/day) up to 50 days. Treatment of Allium sativum aqueous suspension results significantly (P<0.001) increase in anodic protein in the seminal plasma of male mice than control. Anodic protein is negatively charged which add more negative charge on the surface of sperm which decrease the fertilization and capacitation potential of spermatozoa. This finding indicates that Allium sativum possesses antifertility activity.
