Happiness is an emotion which cannot be Quantified. But, it is equally important in any individual's life as much as an individual’s productivity and, even more important, than monetary gains. An individual needs to be happy to be functioning properly at his work front. He/ she needs to feel more happy and job satisfied in order to stick to his job and work effieciently. His or her amount of salary will not determine his job retention or even his job productivity.
