ABSTRACT This paper presents the development and implementation of an automated surveillance robot designed to improve security monitoring through autonomous operation. The robot is installed with advanced sensors, cameras, and an integrated navigation system, enabling it to perform real-time surveillance tasks with minimal human intervention. An automated surveillance robot is a high-tech machine that watches over and protects different places. They provide live updates and improve safety by monitoring placeslike warehouses, factories, public areas, and even neighborhoods. They use advanced technology to see and identify objects, people, and behaviors, which helps them to identify potential security problems. However, their deployment raises important ethical and privacy considerations, particularly in public spaces, necessitating careful attention to legal and societal norms to ensure their responsible and appropriate use. In essence, automated surveillance robots represent a paradigm shift in security, harnessing advanced technology to create a potent safeguarding solution that offers continuous monitoring, rapid response, and heightened situational awareness.
