ABSTRACT The Article provides information on the proposed study to find out the origin at the untouchably in Hindu religion of society To Baba Saheb Dr. Ambedkar Caste system and untouchability was due to the Bad Hindu social order this social order was based on from code Manusmiriti, Ramayana, Vedas, Upanishad, Mahabharata, Hereditary division of labours. Due to this system graded in inequality and origin of untouchables. The caste system is originated from varna and varna divided the society after it became rigid and hard partice. Untouchable became best exercise in social order caste is a permanent satus in Indian society varna system is responsible for the caste system but caste is fully different from verna system the origin and problem of untouchability has widely recognised in India it is not matter of economic deprivation but it is also an extreme form of social oppression and economic exploitation the caste system and untouchable are useless to mention social, economic, religious and political. Dr. Ambedkar criticised the Hindu social order where Shudra has no right to rise and not allowed to collect wealth, not allowed to a acquire education the Hindu social order was designed to benefit the upper classes where as there was no respect or place for shudras and Atishudras.
