ABSTRACT
The recruitment process is critical to the success of any organization. Not only does it help to identify and attract top talent, but it also sets the stage for a productive and positive work environment. Human Resources play a vital role in ensuring that the recruitment process is compliant and secure.
The objective of recruitment is to attract potential employees with the necessary qualification, in the adequate number for the jobs available. Hence, recruitment may be defined as the process of searching for prospective employees and stimulating them to apply for jobs in the organization.
This includes preventing harassment and discrimination. By creating and enforcing policies and procedures that are fair and consistent, HR can help to ensure that all candidates are treated equally. In addition, HR can help to screen candidates and weed out those who may pose a risk to the company.
