In this time microgreen plays a vital role nowadays. Microgreen may be defined as the vegetable green that harvested after the cotyledon leaves are mature or developed this is called microgreen. Microgreen having different bioactive components like antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals in green leaves which are important for human health. Moreover, Microgreen grows in 7-14 days. The length of the microgreen is 2.5 to 7.6cm. A microgreen is going upscale on the market and restaurant due to its small in size, flavour, and nutrition.Microgreens have a huge amount of nutrients and vitamins. Microgreens are growing in seven to eight days. It's helpful to take in daily life. Nowadays due to malnutrition problems, humans have died. A microgreen is helping people to grow the microgreen to reduce malnutrition problems. The consumption of microgreen nowadays increased due to a high amount of bioactive components like tocopherol, carotenoids, polyphenols, flavonoids, and anthocyanin.
