Breast Cancer Recognition System Based On Mongrel Image Segmentation Techniques

ABSTRACT

In Image processing segmentation is a robust technique. Image processing tools were used to extract the desired portion from the image. Affected portions of tissues should correctly find out. Breast cancer is a prevalent type of cancer that diffuse among women. Mammograms were used to detect the breast cancer at the early stage but mis calcification may lead to false diagnosis. To achieve accurate prolix of cancer calls segmentation provides a better solution. Differentiating the image into multiple segments and portioning an image into the parts is called segments. Segmentation algorithm depends on texture, gray value and colour of an image based on their similarity and discontinuity. In this paper we discuss traditional segmentation and mongrel segmentation technique.
