ABSTRACT

The majority of the current cafeteria system is a manual one that entails paper work, manual billing, and manual ordering. The manual system used in industry demands a lot of manpower. The majority of businesses still use a manual cafeteria system, which has seen data loss from order and employee table databases. Therefore, automating the cafeteria is necessary to solve the issue. With the use of AWS cloud technologies and fully functional web applications, this project seeks to automate the current cafeteria system while storing data for a long time with easy management. Employees can log in to the cafeteria web application using their employee ID and place orders by selecting the foods they want to order. The food items will be added to the shopping basket after selection. The money will be removed from the employee's wallet after the purchase is made, and a notification will be sent to the employee's registered cell phone.
