Chinese Growing Interference in South Asia and its Impact on India’s Interests in the Region

ABSTRACT
China and the Republic of India, area unit each rising powers and rivals in South Asia. Their strategic interest within the region collides. South Asia may be a region of eight countries, except the Republic of India, all different countries area unit economically weak and politically fragile. Because of low economic development, the Republic of India may be a huge brother in South Asia. China is increasing its clout in South Asian countries which may be a reason behind concern for the Republic of India. the huge Chinese investment in India’s neighbourhood within the context of its OBOR initiative can increase China’s influence in South Asia, which is ready to alter the strategic interests of each country by putting political disputes aside and foreground processing economic interests. China gains influence in south Asia and its partnership with South Asian countries undermines India’s regional power ambitions. In this context, this paper focuses on Chinese growing interference in South Asia and its Impact on India’s Interests within the region.
