ABSTRACT The integration of cloud computing technology into college management systems has paved the way for a more efficient and accessible academic administration. This paper introduces a Cloud-Enhanced College Management System (CECMS) comprising four modules: Admin, Cloud Service Provider (CSP), Faculty, and Student. Each module serves a specific role in managing faculty details, student information, attendance, marks, and communication within the academic ecosystem. The proposed Cloud-Based College Management System, developed using JDK 1.8, Apache NetBeans IDE 15, and MySQL, revolutionizes educational institution operations. This work contributes to the field of University Database Management Systems, providing a practical solution for institutions seeking to enhance administrative processes and paving the way for future educational technology advancements.
