Self- defense is a troublesome right. On the one hand, it would seem obvious that all people have or should have the inherent right to use physical force to defend them from assault. Not surprisingly, the criminal codes of many countries like India, England, America & Australia, includes self- defense as a legitimate justification for the use of deadly force. It is too easy for revenge or even aggression to be confused with legitimate self- defense.”
