ABSTRACT

In India, there is problem facing by everyone to the complaint in any sector Ex. Government, medical, offices. In this our complaint ticket generation system the employee can input the details to solve the complaint as to get solution and as to the time it takes to solve it. i.e., for getting a solution or the reply for our problem to analysis it is not a time taken. after reaching the complaint to the that sector or department they read our problem or suggestion. In this global world, the system has to be changed. The Error Handling is also ensured when the user enters the complaint. Today’s world, more focus is given on the availability of the websites and also various applications present in android market we manage our daily work on time, precisely and with our satisfaction. So, we are using various technologies in our life for fulfilment of our daily work.
