Consumer Online Buying Behavior Analysis: A Critical Perspectives

ABSTRACT : Today’s almost success of every business depends upon the digitalization. In fourth industrial revolution internet of things, big data, Artificial intelligence have been encouraged. Over the past few years, digitalization has transformed the way we work, share ideas and doing business. Digitalization has played an important role in improving the economy of the entire world as it has had a powerful impact on the production and service sectors like electronics, manufacturing, marketing, finance and appliances etc. it also effect the consumer awareness and buying behavior . One of the latest forms of digitalization is online-shopping in which all buying and selling transactions done with the help of internet. The increasing popularity of online-shopping is one of the global phenomenons of digitalization. In the present paper an attempt has been made to discuss about various benefits and risk associated with online –Shopping and try to understand and investigate the consumer buying behavior towards online - shopping.
