ABSTRACT The paper aims at examining Covid 19 crisis and disproportionate impact on emigrants abroad. The specific objectives of the study are to identify the factors influencing return migration during Covid 19, to analyze wage theft faced by emigrants during Covid 19 pandemic situation and to study the Return of Non-Keralite Migrant Workers to their Native States. The study was generally based on Kerala state as whole and was open to 14 district of state .This study seeks to identify circumstances faced by return emigrants during Covid-19 in Kerala. Thus the study concludes that the Covid 19 crisis has been found to have an imbalance impact on emigrants abroad, based on previous economic crisis experience and early indications on labour market and social outcomes during the current pandemic.
