ABSTRACT

In a Democratic setup,  all persons having a right to live a life in a dignified manner. No one have a right to take the life of some one or hurt’s someone physical, emotionally or mentally.  Now today we are forgetting the truth of life that without women the existence of men is not possible in this world. Men and women both  playa effective role in a development of  any nation. But it is very shameful to  say that in a period of covid lockdown, the maximum complaints has been registered by a women against domestic violence or atrocities committed by husband and husband in law’s. Atrocities against women is not only the violation of fundamental rights enshrined in Indian constitution but it is also a violation of human rights that takes place every single day across  the ecosphere. We are living in that world, where women are not only competing with the dominating society of men but also fulfill their family responsibilities in a effective manner. I want to ask a question from all you present here to tell me if a women can perform household activities and  jobs then why the same things cannot be done by male ? some  male persons are performing both the task and some have a egoist problems. They think it is the work of women, it is better if she will perform it. Any how if she fail in performing the respective task by xyz reasons, we treat her like a criminal. Is this a way to talk with someone? If the same thing shall happen with us then what is our reaction. Definitely our reaction will change into violence, if the violence is committed with in the domain of house it become domestic violence. Through this research paper attempt has been made by researcher to absolve the issue related to domestic violence .
